Please check with your insurance plan to  see if you have nutritional counseling covered by a Registered Dietitian  for the nature of your diagnosis. 

Some plans only cover for diabetes and some may have a limit to the number of visits. 

Just because I am in network it doesn’t mean that your plan has nutrition counseling as a benefit.

I accept cash, check or credit card for out-of-pocket visits.

Superbills will be provided for out-of-network claims.
